HuffPost, a liberal news site, was lampooned after saying Christmas classic Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer was seriously problematic over claims that it features sexism and bullying.
Viewers are noticing the tale may not be so jolly after all, the outlets video said. And theyre sharing their observations online.
Among those observations was the suggestion that the TV classic was a story about racism and homophobia, while calling Santa Claus abusive and bigoted.
Yearly reminder that #Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is a parable on racism & homophobia w/Santa as a bigoted exploitative prick, read one comment shared by HuffPost. Santas operation is an HR nightmare and in serious need of diversity and inclusion training. #Rudolph, read another. ..."
President Trumps son Donald Trump Jr. weighed in on the topic, tweeting Liberalism is a disease.
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer isnt the first classic cartoon that was decried as problematic today.

LIEberals are some REALLY, REALLY sick people!
Also, I always enjoy seeing the Bud commercials with the Clydesdales pulling the wagon because they usually filmed those here in NH.
Then there’s the Corona palm tree one that’s been a holiday staple for quite awhile.
As a New York City teen in the 70s I worked for racehorse trainer PG Johnson, who used to ship his horses to Florida for the winter season, as many other northern trainers did and still do. Anyway, one day, right around Christmas day, in the backstretch area where the horses are stabled, I saw on the aveunue outside the facility, the Clydesdales van. They apparently had stopped to pick up some supplies for the horses. The track, Hialeah Park, no longer exists.
Rudolph was founded at Monkey Wards...if I recall...
Re: post 18...funny... Whoville needs section 8 housing...I don’t see any African Americans there...
Id vote more insipid and boring, but hey, what do I know?
I thought that was Linus VanPelt!
They keep the Clydesdales about 4 miles north of where I am sitting right now at the brewery in Merrimack, NH.
It is apparently a great place to work. It is hard to get a job there from what I understand. They pay a lot of taxes and let the community use their grounds for charity events. They also have soccer fields right next to pastures with the horses in them. For many years we had our kennel club show there. They let us use their field and parking lots for free.

Everyone can look him in the face as they eat. If they were in any way displeased by his presence at the dinner table, they wouldn't want to look at him as they ate. They would sit on the same side of the table, or somewhere else entirely where they wouldn't have to look at him.
Lol! Dream job. Shoveling Clydesdale sh*t. What an honor. :)
