Looks like Cindy Sheehan, before she went gray, in back of Rapist and NWO guy. :-)

I don't give a sh!t about who was the "standard bearer of the GOP" for all those years. I'm not a Republican, and I've never been one ... so I have no interest in what kind of obligations a losing primary candidate might have in the general election.

The way the Bush family treated Trump during the 2016 campaign spoke volumes about what the GOP is all about -- and (more importantly) what it is not all about. Trump's stature as a candidate improved dramatically in my eyes when I saw that whole charade unfold. I supported him because he was NOT a real Republican. And guess what ... I suspect a lot of Democrats saw the Bush treatment of Trump as compelling evidence that a Hillary Clinton administration would be almost 100% identical to what Bush 43 brought to the White House: a total sellout to Wall Street and foreign interests. I wonder if Trump would have even gotten a lot of those Democrat votes if anyone with the last name "Bush" had endorsed him.

Why would they even consider not inviting him?

because they are a low energy bunch?

Of course Pres Trump and his wife Melania should attend the funeral of an ex president. He is honoring the office, whatever his personal feelings are concerning the deceased president. Duty is one thing Pres Trump does not dodge. I will not say anything about the Bush family at this time even tho they deserve all of the uncomplimentary posts I have so far read.

I think “Cindy” is one of the Kennedy women - at least she looks familiar to me.

Trump was elected by 107 000 Democrats in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and probably Ohio.

Some of the elites will probably refuse to go.

Nah. It's a chance to celebrate Bush as the anti-Trump.

Same thing with the McCain funeral a little while back.

It could get weird if Bush's son dies while Trump is still president, because liberals will have to decide who they hate more.

***Does that mean that obxxx crowd will snub them? Nah, moose-shell and gwb are buddies now. They’re like family now***

I heard John Sununu on Judge Jeanine tonight saying that GB Sr passed as much social legislation as Lyndon Johnson and FDR and one other POTUS (?). I believe Richard Nixon started the EPA and the Dept. of Ed.

That about says it all, eh? ...and we wonder why electing 'pubbies never changes anything. 😒

It’s a State funeral and I imagine the President should be there invite or not.

Protocol says that a president DOES NOT attend a mere Sentor’s funberal (like McCain’s).

Bush’s is differemt. Protocol says he may attend such a funeral.

Our media is disgusting.

Trump should go and keep it classy. Acting better than others can be the best revenge.

Very true.

The Bushes viewed Cheney as a long-time employee of whom they eventually tired.

Also none of the Bushes attended the Lee Atwater funeral in 1991. The President went sailing instead. Without Atwater, there may have never been a GHWB presidency.

Well, actually, I was referring to Trump going.

I’m thinking that if he’s there, the global elites might refuse to come.

Unless GWB already cleared it with them.

As for the Dept. of Education, that was Jummuh Carter.

You’re right about other “social” legislation, though.
