It would be interesting to ask this Pope if he endorses and supports Catholic missionary work in non Christian lands. That is preaching and propagating the faith. Suspect he views missionary work as cultural imperialism that is contrary to his “respect diversity” views. Also wonder if he will dare to raise with his Saudi hosts when he visits, why Christian Churches are banned from Saudi Arabia. This man has offered the worst kind of leadership in the most troubling of times.
Okay, Mr. Pope, why not get a Baptist preacher to give a sermon from your lectern in the Vatican. Then we can decide if you are sincere.
Diversity is a curse. It brings richness only with great caution and at great expense.

In Deuteronomy chapter 1 we are given very specific descriptions of ‘the borders’ of the Amorites and Canaanites. In chapter 2 ‘the borders’ of Edom and Moab are clearly delineated. We also see that the Israelites were expected to ‘respect those borders.’.....So the Scriptures indicate that countries not only have the right but also the responsibility to establish secure borders.
Additionally.....At one of the border check points Abraham lied about the fact that Sarah was his wife. Things went well until the Pharaoh found out that Abraham had lied to him about Sarah. At that point ‘Abraham was deported’ and had to return to Canaan.

God created man and from the very beginning they segregated them selves into tribes, nations and races. There is no scriptural word that God disapproved. It is part of mankind’s history.. What’s the Pope talking about?
