Ann is just click baiting, it is all she does
Trump is highly sensitive to the concerns of his base on this.
He went into the shutdown because of that.
He needs to know there is massive support for him on this and he will keep up the heat.
There is one really good way for Trump to prove her wrong.
There is only one logical reason to shut down the government to block the wall.... and that is if you are afraid it will work.
Trump can’t fold on this.
Not only would he not be re-elected, the country would be done as a nation.
She’s a broken record on this issue. Would someone slap her and bring her out of this funk.
Coulter lauding Drudge as a leader?? WTF? Then she bashes FOX who is the only network to allow her on? She’s gone Beck.
Fold? Probably ... because he just doesn’t have the numbers. But he gets credit for fighting. Eventually higher tech methods will be available that can be used instead of a physical wall if politicians (by that time) want to use them.
All those cocktail parties have gone to Coulter’s head. She needs to snap out of it and realize who the bad guys are; like Drudge.

At first I really was irritated by Ann, but in reality we need someone to keep Trump in check in the big leagues. It’s important, constructive criticism.
If there is no way this can be done under current law, Trump should demand that Congress immediately authorize and appropriate pay for essential employees. The pitch: "I am committed to border security. Nancy Pelosi and the democrats are clearly committed to open borders. That is the underlying issue. It has been simmering for years. We are now having it out. That disagreement is the cause of the shutdown, and it looks like it may be a very long shutdown."
"Meanwhile, many thousands of good people -- essential employees in the affected agencies -- are still coming to work every day and serving the American people. Their pay is being withheld despite the fact that they are working. That is wrong. The people who are working should be paid on time."

Keep it simple, stay on message, and hammer this every day in every way at every level. The people who are working -- the essential employees -- should get paid.
Non-essential employees -- well, if the democrats won't fund the non-essential functions, maybe they don't ever need to reopen. Let's handle those agencies one at a time, and take a serious look at real reform.
