The Supreme Court says Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is missing arguments for the first time in more than 25 years as she recuperates from cancer surgery last month.
Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said Monday the 85-year-old Ginsburg is continuing to recuperate and work from home after doctors removed two cancerous growths from her left lung on Dec. 21.

Maybe we’ll see. I wouldn’t be shocked if the GOP capitulates where they don’t need to, but it would be a big mistake if they did.

She is bravely going to soldier on, to prevent the possibility of one fewer baby being torn limb from limb during the time she has left.

Personally, I would like proof that SHE is actually listening to the arguments and it was SHE who cast that vote a couple of days ago. Proof of life/competence would be a good idea. Has there ever been a Supreme who did this? Listened and voted from home?

Actually, I think they would need four Republican votes to get a majority. If impeachment proceedings are also underway, it could be difficult to confirm a Justice.

She, or her spokesthing lied. A week or so before it was announced she had cancer surgery, the spokesidjit said her health was good. They knew for weeks if not months she had cancer.
