Theresa May loses Brexit deal vote by majority of 230
The Guardian ^ | 1/15/19 | Heather Stewart

Theresa May has sustained the heaviest parliamentary defeat of any British prime minister in the democratic era after MPs rejected her Brexit deal by a resounding majority of 230.

Brexit-supporting Conservatives joined with opposition parties and the Democratic Unionist party to trounce the government in the “meaningful vote”, which the prime minister delayed before Christmas in the vain hope of winning over waverers.

What ‘adjustments’ do you refer to? I think you are correct, but wondering about the details.

They probably also say you have to break some eggs in order to make an omelet. That’s what I’ve heard from German nationals about all their troubles. Like, it’s really HARD to civilize the whole world. One has to EXPECT that they’re going to be raping like it’s 1945. At least it’s legal for them to get an abortion now! Or at least I think it is. They might not want to do it on rape vics seeing as how they want to brown up the white population.

I think they think things can go on just like they’ve always gone, only all the whites will have a little smudge to the skin and a little flare to the nostrils. Not going to happen like that.

Treasonous May in conjunction with the EU worked out a plan that they called Brexit (it was NOT), but in reality left the U.K. subject to the EU rules. This joke of a “Brexit” actually left them even more powerless against the EU’s tyranny. They think themselves so clever by controlling the choices so they win either way....kind of what the Deep State does in our primaries when they launch smear attacks against any non-DS candidate to take them out from the start.)

The reality is, there is no way the current U.K. gov’t will ever actually do what the People have clearly said they want, that is to simply LEAVE. The vile gov’t officials are mostly all compromised globalists.

At least their People (those who are awake) see the tyranny they’ve got. What they do about it remains to be seen.

God bless the “yellowjackets”!

I think they are leaving the EU but with no deal for the transition. From what I read the deal May made was horrible and they might as well have stayed in. This at least saves them billions and gives them their sovereignty back, something Theresa May never wanted from the getgo.
Bottom line is no deal is better than a horrible one.

I have watched quite a bit of this but some of it is a mystery...

I think they got bogged down on the Ireland question and other extraneous subjexts....north and south etc...

without binging in Ireland Brexit would have stood a chance...

It seems that Theresa May added extra things instead of just running with the fact most Brits wanted to leave the EU and just go...

Well, I knew he was a patriot at the end of the day. Didn’t know he was fully “woke” the day he waved that paper. If he was, it was a hell of an intelligence operation that he has paid the price of going down in history as a scoundrel, sort of.

Interestingly the article says Chamberlain triggered the whole thing, quite intentionally, knowing that Hitler would eventually attack Poland and thus cross a true red line. Yet, even after declaring war nothing happened from the Brits for quite some time ~ the phony war.

It consists of a flat rubber plate attached to a funnel. Someone sits under the funnel with his mouth open, and other people take turns throwing glasses of whiskey at the backstop. First one to get drunk loses.

Hitler was pissed after Munich, he wanted to try out the Wehrmacht and he didn’t expect Britain to agree to his demands.

He wasn’t going to make the same “mistake” with Poland.

Not a surprise. I think she wanted the negative vote so very badly.

If this is the end of Brexit?

President Trump may want to consider ending our part in the 5 Eyes Intel Sharing with the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Apparently, the UK’s GCHQ spied on candidate Trump, president elect Trump and maybe even President Trump for the Obama/Deep State Thugs and our rotten DOJ/FBI.

From an earlier thread:

The UK is due to leave the EU on 29 March

From the BBC link I read that as a hard Brexit date.

>>>Pardon my ignorance, but what is the Irish Backstop?

The Irish backstop was an effort to avoid a hard border requiring customs checks along the border between Ireland and Northern Ireland.
