Good luck getting a long-term employee off the payroll in a RIF.
The way they work is—the newest hires are laid off first.
10 years in the navy and she doesn’t k ow how to save any money.
> Cat food? The cat IS food.
Urban rabbit!
She can do what I did when I first incurred a mortgage without employment. I put several months payments on a charge card.

Let’s see ...where is my violin? I thought I left it in a thimble...oh well, I’ll have to find it...
I hope it really is the last straw and we can all quit overpaying for this woman’s existence. She should get out into the real world and quit living off the taxpayers. Obviously the job she has is unnecessary.
Doesn’t Tricare cover insulin?
My guess is that the mortgage companies are working with furloughed employees. Sometimes they will roll the payment onto the back of the loan and let you skip a month.

Where’s her savings and where are her grown children’s room and board payments for living with her.
Too many people live paycheck to paycheck expecting life to go on as it always has.
Her lack of planning and foresight is her own doing.
As the mother of two type 1’s, I couldn’t agree with you more.
No kidding! Shes also been employed for 38 years and she doesnt have any savings? How about a credit card? Sounds like she took out a bigger mortgage than she could afford. I didnt see this level of concern for all the coal miners who lost their jobs because of Obama.
