Based on a previous story from earlier this week, RGB is supposed to be in New York right now, "recuperating". So this event would require no travel. As many have already said, if they are already cancelling an event three weeks out, especially one that does not require travel, she must be doing very poorly in her recovery.
I can tell you of one appointment she will keep.

In less partisan times the junior associate justice would be detailed by the majority to advise a justice who wasn’t carrying their weight that “it’s time to go.” Could you imagine the other justices telling Kavanaugh, “Hey Rookie, go tell Ruthie that it’s time to retire to Boca”?
