I know of which appointment you speak; the last one :-) Hope I’m found to be acceptable at that one myself.
We are just on the verge of a leftist court declaring that the President may not nominate a SC justice during a shutdown. They are doing essential that already in other areas.
She claimed to be just the opposite of non partisan. No longer qualified to sit.

Hanging on in defense of our Constitutional Republic is one thing.
Hanging on to assist in the complete destruction of our Constitutional Republic is something else.
We all know which camp Buzzy Ginsberg owes her allegiance to.
I think proof of her being alive should be required....

Yeah, now that she/it is effectively out of the way we have to start doing our chants, incantations, prayers, voodoo dolls etc for that drip Breyer.
The other eight justices, being some of her closest friends, REALLY need to hop into the SC’s mini bus and make a personal visit to see her.
It’s only the charitable thing to do.

RBG will be in a coma for weeks/months, her handlers will pretend everything is fine (lie). “She’s getting better, bah blah blah.”
Eventually there will be a sudden public announcement that the doctors will no longer treat her disease.
About 12 hours later her goons will be forced to announce that she’s stone cold dead, stiff as a board.

News of her being dead or alive will be kept quiet by the liberal/socialist democrats for as long as they possibly can...The last thing they want is a conservative leaning Supreme Court for the next 25-40 years....
Unfortunately, there seems to be no rule that allows for the removal of a Supreme Court (SC) justice for incapacity or terminal illness. If the SC judge is unwilling to resign and is unable to sit on the bench, the SC goes on without that judge until he or she dies.
Here's the rub. Let's say a SC judge can be removed for incapacity. Who decided when a judge is incapable of performing their duties? We've see how crazy the democrats are. If Congress had the authority to remove a judge they deemed incapable, I could see a democrat controlled Congress along with their media minions getting rid of every conservative judge on some lame excuse claiming/proving incapacity.
Only if Trump looses the 2020 election...
...and then only after January 20th 2021 at noon!
