When he declares, she will block in federal court for 20 months and he will lose the election with nothing going on on the wall. He has been deferring to judges on immigration and border security.
His only recourse is to declare and tell the judiciary they have no standing in emergencies.

He should just move troops to the border on the grounds he is defending against a foreign invasion.
Install boarder barriers consistent with military tactical operations.
Construct the barriers in such away as to prevent those seeking assylum from getting anywhere near someone on U.S. soil that can be asked to grant it.
Start in an area known to have the highest number of border crossing, particularly by those smuggling drugs, weapons used by those with ill-intent for the use.
Take whatever the Democrats have offered and run with it, deploy it also or if funds have not yet been authorized for it, request the funds specific to what they have said they will go with.
He needs to run with what he can do rather than go for it all. Something is better than nothing.
The question for the presidential debate will then become will you remove the troops that President Trump has put in place or leave them in place?

Truth is truth whether any one believes it or listens to it or not. Pelosi and all of them made their choices and are now and have been in past and will be in future responsible for all US citizens killed, raped, harmed, robbed, drugged etc by their quest for the continual flood of illegals.
WE are responsible to all reexamine ourselves and see what else we can do to help or support a wall or whatever security we can increase to secure our borders and our local communities.
It’s our responsibility as citizens of this great nation. So many give up attitudes here even on FR and in general in our country is the problem. This whole situation can flip toward more wall and better protection ( to me when they say secure the border i think they mean secure the drug can still come in) if we all think what one more thing can I do to help and go ahead and do it - be it pray, or get involved or donate or email Trump support or whatever.
Too many people still don’t realize we have more power than just our vote and watch and see what leaders or others do.
