“ISIS bride” Hoda Muthana’s citizenship case will not be fast-tracked, a judge ruled Monday — waving off her family’s fears that the US might withdraw from Syria before her suit is resolved.
DC federal court Judge Reggie Walton denied her family’s request to expedite their suit, saying their argument that she could get stuck in Syria or put in danger if American troops pull out involved too much speculation.
“The case will need to adhere to the normal course of the flow of litigation” and “proceed on the normal track,” Walton said. Department of Justice attorney Scott Stewart argued Muthana’s lawyer had no concrete evidence that she would face “imminent likely harm.”
The judge asked Stewart if he knew the government’s timetable withdrawal from Syria, but he said he did not.
“I don’t know the answer to that. I’m not sure of the answer to that,” Stewart replied.

She was wrongly issued a passport in the first place as she was a diplomat’s baby. She left the US, destroyed her passport, worked on behalf of Islamic Terrorists. She is not a US citizen. She is a terrorist, deserving only of death. Dead or alive, she should never be allowed back into the US.

If I understand correctly, she is an American born child of a foreign diplomat. She is not an American citizen. Not even an anchor baby. She would be a citizen of the country of her parent’s nationality. She should never have had a US passport. Oh, and where she is, there is plenty of sand for her to pound. She should get to it. Pounding the sand, that is.
She was born when her father was in the US under a Yemeni diplomatic passport. Because she had an ordinary US birth certificate, she was mistakenly issued a US passport.
The Supreme Court cares little for the Constitution, but some parts of it trap them. So they have conceded that “all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens” can’t have any meaning at all unless children born to foreign diplomats are not included.
This is reinforced by US law and by international treaty.
She is NOT a citizen...her father was a diplomat and she was born under that status...which does not include citizenship.

I am of the opinion that she does not have a valid legal case to claim citizenship.
She is not a citizen because her father was a foreign representative when she was born here. It makes her not eligible for citizenship.

If she gets back in the States, the CommieCrats will put in Congress.
The reality is that she went there inking that she would be one of their "elites"...that she was "someone special", and now that that has disappeared she wants to bring herself and her spawn (whose father's death he would likely attempt to avenge) wants to come back to the US.
Let her live and die in the choices she made.
We shouldn’t let any more muslims in, quite frankly.
