That labor faction has for years had a secret schism of blacks versus whites.
Many resent giving to Dems out of forced union dues “education” fund (Dem campaign money) that benefits blacks. The whites knew they could command respect and do some good things if they didn’t have to PRETEND to be all for the downtrodden blacks.
All those Solidarity Magazine photos of labor leaders next to black poverty pimp “reverends” like Sharpton and Jackson had white guys with really forced smiles like somebody with bad cramps waiting to rush to the bathroom after the session was finally over.
I wonder if they will soon say “Regional Director Praises New Reparations Statement of Union Support at Southeast Michigan Labor Dinner.”
At least the Democrats aren’t completely hopeless. A freshman Democrat — Jahana Hayes — challenged Nancy for getting her talking points from MSNBC. That was when Nancy left the meeting.
Let’s hope we hear more from Rep. Hayes.

They want to remake the resolution to include being against. anti-islamism. And it’s just a short walk from there, to making it a hate crime, ala the EU.
