As well as it could in a sparsely populated area.

It's not like there were metropolises like San Diego or El Paso straddling it.

“Why do we have a base in Bulgaria?”

Bulgaria is the home of some really talented Accordionists.

“Nope, native Texan.”

Knew that. Was just poking fun at you as
Missouri is known as the “show me state”.
There really is 20 miles of new border wall
on New Mexico’s southern border.

Of course you are right.

I should have typed San Diego/Tijuana and El Paso/Ciudad Juarez

All funded before Trump took office, and was planned under Hussein.

You seem adamantly opposed to a border wall; and why?

1 Cost: Oh pluh-eese;
we recently allocated 10 billion dollars to Mexico and Central America to stem the tide of illegal invasion. How’s that working’ out for ya?

2 Ineffective: Oh really?
You’ve been to the border to determine this? How is it that your conclusions are directly opposite to those of the Border Patrol which says that a wall is effective.
And how to account for the massive opposition to the border wall by powerful people HELLBENT on stopping an ‘ineffective’ wall?

Typical (R)N(C), working on Step50 when haven’t even passed gotten to Step2 (Step1 being: by what authority...but nobody in either party care about THAT anymore).

But, to answer your ?: Yes. And why, if you would have asked, is easy:

There’s better\effective, Constitutional\legal and CHEAPER ways to ‘fix’ the problem

1) End the welfare state (talk about ‘killing X birds’... Smaller govt, restoration of Rights and liberty).
2) Prosecute the law to the fullest (starting w/ GOVT employees).

Even do one better: pass a reciprocity law. Same laws as the home country of the illegal alien shall apply (ONE page bill, at most). Can’t be ‘racist’ then, right?.

THEN tell me how ‘effective’ the wall is when the carrot is no longer w/in reach. $Bs better left in the pockets of their owner(s), than govt.

Again, cost: Really?!!

Ineffective: Again, you’ve been to the border and know it not to be effective as opposed to the Border Control agents on the ground?!!

Not saying other measures shouldn’t be enacted, they should, but why are you so hostile to the wall?

Again there are a host of Very powerful people against it. Why? if it is so ineffective?!

So you really think the Dems, Soros/Koch, Obama/Bush/Rubio cabal to:
1. End the welfare state. 2. Prosecute the law. ??

What are you smokin’ ?
