If you read the Weissmann/Mueller report carefully one aspect stands out strongly; the Mueller investigation was fully committed to The Steele Dossier. An inordinate amount of the report is focused on justifying their investigative validity and purpose in looking at the claims within the Steele Dossier.
Repeatedly, the investigative unit references their mandate based around the Steele Dossier, and the mid-summer 2016 origin of the FBI counterintelligence operation.
Why? Why was/is Crossfire Hurricane (July ’16) and the Steele Dossier (Oct. ’16) so important to the principle intelligence apparatus, and the Mueller team (’17, ’18, ’19)?
I believe former NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers has told us the answer. In early 2016 Rogers caught on to a massive and pre-existing weaponization of government surveillance and the use of collected NSA metadata for political spy operations. Everything, that comes AFTER March 2016 is one big blanket cover-up operation….. ALL OF IT.
The Russian election interference narrative; the use of Joseph Mifsud, Stefan Halper, the London and Australian embassy personnel; Erika Thompson, Alexander Downer, U.S. DIA officials; everything around Crossfire Hurricane; and everything after to include the construct of the Steele Dossier; all of it was needed for the creation of an ‘after-the-fact‘ plausible justification to cover-up what Mike Rogers discovered in early 2016, AND the downstream unmasked records that existed in the Obama White House SCIF.
Fusion GPS was not hired in April 2016 to research Donald Trump. The intelligence community was already doing surveillance and spy operations. They already knew everything about the Trump campaign. The Obama intelligence community needed Fusion GPS to give them a justification for pre-existing surveillance and spy operations.

Did you see Laura Ingraham’s show tonight? John Radcliffe was on with Jason Chaffetz and said that Sally Yates, et al signed off to the FISC on the dossier as VERIFIED!
He and Trey Gowdy were the only 2 to see the FISA document.
I think this might have been in the group of documents that Trump declassified last Sept, and have not been released yet. Trump stated that he didn’t want to interfere with the Mueller investigation.
I hope someone else saw this, and can help clarify it.

Mueller wasn’t there to investigate Trump/Russia. He was there to obfuscate and be the public face of the lies and cover-up. If he actually found something, that would be a plus and would legitimize his operation.
She signed the initial application on Oct 21, 2016 and the first renewal on Jan 12, 2017.
I believe protecting the Clinton Foundation was the heart of the Obama’s Watergate style spy operation. Instead of simple wire taps on phone lines it was the high tech capabilities of the NSA Big Brother apparatus.
The Clinton Foundation was designed to be a money laundering instrament to fund political campaigns and political operatives, much like Soros’ Tides Foundation. The phony dossier was their bleach bit to wipe out Trump. The dossier was also the key to unlock the NSA spy apparatus on the Trump campaign for more dirt and to track Trump’s strategy. I did see the Radcliffe interview and you are correct in your assessment about what Gowdy and he saw. Yates was one he mentioned and that caught my attention because heretofore she is generally out of the lime light. IMO, she is in it up to her eye balls so I want her to answer for her crimes too.
I want to know when and who spied on Supreme court judges.

The NSA built a huge complex in San Antonio, TX in 2005 but the NSA was growing before that.
Here is the text from Aug 15, 2016:

I interpret the text message as wanting to do something before the election. They still had ~3 months to go before the election. On Sep 2, 2016, Page texts Strzok "POTUS wants to know everything".
Note the Sep 2 date from the Daily Caller:
"Halper, a veteran of the Nixon, Ford and Reagan administrations, unsolicitedly contacted Papadopoulos on Sept. 2 with an offer to fly the Trump associate to London for several nights to discuss a policy paper about energy issues in Turkey, Cyprus and Israel. As the column explains the insurance policy was the dossier.
Some of dossier was in house at the FBI by the time the Aug 15th insurance text was made. Did they really have enough of it to say it was the insurance policy? It took them 2 more months to submit the CP FISA request. CTH bounces ideas off their readers all the time. I doubt this is their final conclusion.
