They are obliged and committed to do this for their voters. Not doing so would be a dereliction of their duty in the eyes of their constituents...

Agree. They had people vote for them on the premise of remove Trump from office.

To just admit without kabuki theater that they can’t will lose them voters. Not that those voters will switch parties. At best they may not vote for anyone which is a W for us.

Heard rumor many, many years ago that Mo was the reason for the Watergate break-in. The democrats had op-ed work on her that was damaging. Think the rumor had some truth in it.

Agree. Dem playbook for a long time. Mess with the family to cause someone to take on their own party.

Turn this into a huge reminder of what the Hildabeast ACTUALLY DID and what Trump is supposed to have INTENDED to do...

Great scenario.... Also hit them with a variation of the Comey defense...

Although these things look this way we can’t prove his intent as it was never carried out...... and how can you find someone guilty on something that didn’t happen in the first place .... Collusion....

One of the reasons I disliked Ford. He should have honored our commitment to South Vietnam. Then let the chips fall where they may.

Ford couldn't do anything - the Dem Congress cut off all money. Doomed Viet Nam in particular and Southeast Asia in general to twenty years of civil war and genocide.

Why would the democrats, Nadler specifically, call a known liar, a criminal, who knows nothing about what is going on with Trump to testify? It looks to me as a ploy to appease the democrat voters, which looks to me like a failure of a move when it is over. We will see!

How long before Nadler figures out a way to connect Julius and Ethel Rosenberg to this? He’ll dig them up and bring them in for props.

I suggest the first savvy Republican committeeman asks John Dean how Mo is ..... and send her the Republicans' respects.

Maybe John has finally found Phil Bailley's little black book with all the lovely high-priced ladies of D.C..

Second question ........"Was it really James McCord who put the tape on the door jamb at the Watergate? Or was it a young Donald Trump working on the side for a younger Roger Stone?"

Mr. Dean ..... just use your imagination.

Make the Democrats feel good for a few minutes this afternoon.

I like your suggestions. At first I thought that all
but one or two GOP committee members should boycott
the John Dean show. But there is merit in the idea
that the Republican members should ask Dean specific
questions about this alleged collusion and obstruction
where his best and only answer would be “I don’t know”.
The point is that the Dean appearance is all show. He
knows less about this collusion hoax than the average,
garden variety FReeper. The Democrats want a pre-
impeachment show and I would love to see the GOP turn
it into a full blown parody. Asking Dean questions about
Hillary’s dubious behavior would add to the absurdity
of the event. NO questions that would provide any
level of credibility to Dean’s appearance should be
asked. But like you indicate, getting the Republicans
to incorporate such a strategy is something that just
won’t happen.

I remember that, too.

I wanted to see this guy brought out of mothballs, but missed it - was ‘Mo’ sitting behind him again, and did she look like Gollum, as well?

Deep Throat was sentenced to prison for criminal overreach in spying er “investigatinging” Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground.

Guilty as sin yet free as a bird, that’s Obama’s pal Bill Ayers’ own remark about his bombings

When they cheat and still lose they come to understand just how much the public doesn’t want them
