A 103-year-old runner has become the oldest woman to ever compete on an American track after finishing the 50- and 100-meter dashes at the National Senior Games in New Mexico on Monday, according to event organizers.
Julia Hawkins was clocked at 21.06 in the 50-meter event, which appears to be a Senior Games record for the women's 100-plus age division. That's because she's the first to compete in that category.

Some 20 year old trans guy who identifies as a 103 year old woman is going to trounce her record.
Wow! I hope I look that good at 103. Hell...I hope I’m still above the sod at 103!
Yeah, YOUNG LADY! I am a 64 year old runner and hope I’m doing this at her age!
Inspiring. I read about a 60ish YO woman who walked the Appalachian Trail.
Geez, really? You would do a 103 yr old woman?
Amazing! My mother is 97, walks well for her age. When she turns 100 her goal is to ride on a carousel.
Many people 20 years younger than her have trouble walking.
Id rather read about this than another stupid fag tranny freak story..
I’m just glad she’s not a tranny.
I walk very well and can run if I have to at 85.
God bless you.
I use people like you as my role model when I think of giving up exercise walking and dieting. (Age 73).
You must be young! I'm in my late 50s and my 50s-60s YO peers frequently do this kind of thing. Most of us are still running (some still do marathons), the ones who had to quit running took up biking. One guy who is 70 teaches an exercise class at the local gym.
103 is old. 60-something? Not so much any more.
I hope you break this lady’s record when you get to her age group.
I don’t think so. I don’t have any desire to live that long alone. I miss my beloved and now I’m retiring from the job I loved. I’m ready to see my Lord any time.
But would Laz hi..never mind.
My doctor said to me, “You’re very strong. YOu’ll live to be 100. I’m 83, 5”2, 125# at the gym most days, trot a mile on the treadmill, work out with weights. Have perfect posture. Everything works, nothing hurts.
But then, I’ve always been a health “nut.” Organic food, grass-fed beef, Alaskan salmon, organic milk....no wheat or other grain except organic brown rice and organic corn. Lots of yogurt but never Dannon, which is junk.
YES!!!
