While I’m no fan of “strip joints” and such, the fact that we allow strip joints and Hooters, makes me wonder, how is a bikini barista place fundamentally different than other places which have females on display? Legally speaking I mean?
Library sessions with trannies & kids — ok
Skimpily-dressed baristas - not ok
“A group of Seattle-area baristas who argued in court that they should not be restricted from serving drinks in bikinis and other revealing clothing may have to cover up.
I agree. Forcing them to wear more clothes would be an abrogation of free speech and expression.
Umm...pics?!?!
How can we do our research?
This thread is useless without pictures! :^)
I think we’re gonna need evidence. You know, to make an informed decision...
Tearing down Confederate statue - Free Speech
Wearing mask at violent riot - Free Speech
Halter top while serving coffee - NOT free speech
Great post in a great thread. Thanks. (still laughing)
The obvious answer is political messages written on bare skin.
I would love to see the Supremes get a case where a comely woman has written “Joe Biden is a Boob” on herself.
Bikinis are sexist weapons of the patriarchy and should be banned, but naked, erect homos marching in a “pride” parade is enriching diverse culture and just fine.
Oh how I despise the left.
Thank you, and go Raiders!

Does the business gets higher prices for a normal product for adding erotocism? Then the sell of lewdness is occurring with the other product. There is a call to REPENT and be saved.
Sounds like Starbucks going after competition.
We have a food joint around here where the waitress wear bikinis and chaps. I am sure some prudes around here would love to get rid of the place. Hope not, they have good food.
