Glad to hear Levin tell this quack about herself.

This Dr. Bandy Xenobia Lee needs to do some serious self analysis and introspection. She cannot be objective because her ego is blocking her. Her self interest is also blocking her objectivity. Yes, she is behaving like a quack with a medical degree.

“No, I haven’t forgiven Mark Levin. Guilty as charged. And I haven’t forgotten who he really is, like many apparently have. Mark pivoted from being a virulent, nasty Never Trumper to being Trump’s cheerleader, without any honest explanation.”

Levin was just wrong about Trump but he got on the train once he saw Trumps leadership. I wish many more would figure it out.

Classic “. Thank me “. Levin. Home run. She impeached herself

Most leftists know that in a battle of wits with Levin they are unarmed . They chicken out knowing they are going to lose. I am amazed this one thought she had a chance.

Thanks, C98, for the link. I listened to the whole interview with this shrink. Made my skin crawl. Doesn’t matter what she calls herself—she is textbook Statist.

Actually, that’s an appropriate lecture.

The original issue with Levin vs Trump was 3 years ago. Since then, Levin is not only in our camp, but has on multiple occasions given Trump glowing accolades.

“There are a lot of former Never Trumpers that I hold no grudge against. Rush for example.”

Rush a never Trumper?? You are truly delusional.

During the primaries Rush leaned a bit toward Cruz, but was fairly noncommittal (his official position is that he doesn’t explicitly back any particular candidate for primaries). After Trump won the nomination he was totally in for him.

I share your disdain. The Cruz campaign was so pitiful, it had me shaking my head. His final speech after Trump won removed all trust. He has terrible judgement. He needs to stay in the Senate where he appears to show good judgement. We are not alone in our opinion of Cruz. But for Trump’s stumping, he would have lost to Beto. Others obviously were disgusted at his behavior as well.

It speaks well of Trump that, despite the Cruz speech boondoggle, he came out to rescue Cruz.

As for Levin, he broke trust also, and once broken is hard to repair. The real Constitutional Scholar, his father, sat him down and straightened him out on Trump just before he died.

While I try to catch his tv show on the weekends, I still take him with a grain of salt. He appears to have come around. I hope he stays on the Trump train. Time will tell.

Like many I was truly dismayed at the Cruz speech at the convention.

I am no real fan of party politics, and Trump has flopped sides many times and supported, as a private businessman, both parties. But Trump is of a stature that he can float above it, especially as a private citizen.

And yet as a GOP Candidate and as POTUS he has played, imo, extremely well as a member of a party. He understands its necessity. And that Trump rose up to defend Cruz’ seat - indeed I don’t think Trump ever made a public issue of Cruz’s snub at all - speaks extremely well to Trump’s character and understanding of politics.

Which is why I asked wbrfl what about that quote you disagreed with. OK, it was in 2017 before the mid-terms, and it seems many in the GOP were sharpening their anti-Trump knives and working with the opposition and the Russia Hoax. But without Trump campaigning, would McConnell be Majority Leader? Without all those House seat retirees would Nancy be Speaker? Some in the GOP refused to embrace Trump but Trump has worked as hard as anyone to support a party which he maybe doesn’t need too much and which still retains division over his victory to this day. I think Trump, as POTUS and defacto party leader, would have had every right to call “Ryan and McConnell into the Oval Office and bust their proverbial heads.” As we have seen, Ryan chose to quit when the going got tough so who’s the better Republican, the quitter former Speaker or the recently GOP registered POTUS?

Yes, a final betrayal by the GOPe.

Very sad that we lost the House. Glad to see Ryan gone. What a disappointment he was.

I’m no fan of Mitch, but he will work somewhat with POTUS, at least on taxes and such. He disappoints on the illegal alien issue, though.

I’d rather see a Jim Jordan type lead the Senate. Perhaps PDJT knew that Mitch was his best bet.

I heard it-—like listening to a dogfight. She sounded sort of mechanical, like the voice on my Garmin Nuvi. She just kept coming at Mark, and he kept pushing her back. She sounded like a bit of a weirdo, I must say.

Glad to see Ryan gone too. Not glad that he quit when he did. He abandoned party, country and the rule of law when we needed it most. Which speaks, imo, to the depth of depravity and corruption in the swamp. Either Ryan was a fool who believed the lies of Trump’s enemies; or Ryan thought Trump couldn’t win against the forces aligned against him (which is the moment a real leader would stand up for Lady Justice); or Ryan was a muddy swamp creature who thought there was nothing left for him personally. All bad.

At least Trump and McConnell have an understanding on judicial appointments.

Frankly, Congress long ago abdicated way too much control to the Executive. Every law, every agency, every program enacted by Congress is administered by a branch of the Executive. They have vested the office of POTUS with enormous power. It is Trump’s prerogative when and how to pull the plug on all the corruption. And I don’t just mean the overt greedy grubby handed corruption but all the soft corruption such as ineptitude, sloth, inefficiency, regulations, practices etc. And frankly, he still has a lot to do. But he’s also accomplished much fighting with one hand behind his back. He thinks way outside the box and tries many different ways to achieve his policy goals. They hate him for it. They sue him constantly. His maneuvering on funding for the border wall was a masterstroke.

I don’t know Levin’s history with Trump. Maybe he was a Cruz supporter. But since election Levin has been one of Trump’s staunchest defenders. Could be some measure of opportunism on his part but he also strikes me as a man of principle and reason. From a conventional view of politics, Trump was the one who had to prove himself. Those who refused to accept his victory or refused to support and defend him when he was unfairly attacked are the true weasels. Levin is not one of those. And Trump has indeed proven himself. Don’t have to love everything he does or doesn’t do to admire his determination and perseverance.

she struck me as quite an airhead for someone with a medical degree.

When I was young people with degrees intimidated me. Not so much anymore. These people have to impress me out in the real world first.

Over the years I have worked with engineers and chemist on a regular bases. A few with masters and PhDs.

A couple were very smart in the class room or on paper but put them in the real world and they couldn’t think there way to the bathroom.

Give anyone enough time and money and they can get a degree. It doesn’t prove that their smart, competent or useful.
