Tulsi Gabbard is positioning herself to pick up the pieces after the Dems implode in the 2020 election

Even though she continues campaigning for the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination, it is now clear to me that Tulsi Gabbard’s real goal has nothing to do with wining the donkeys’ nod this election cycle. Her vote of “present” on the House’s articles of impeachment ensures that she has no chance this time around, and now, in an interview with ABC News (video not yet available), she goes even further and tips her hand.

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hi.), a 2020 presidential candidate, elaborated on her rationale for voting “present” on articles of impeachment against President Trump, telling ABC News impeachment proceedings will only “embolden” the president.

"I think impeachment, unfortunately, will only further embolden Donald Trump, increase his support and the likelihood that he'll have a better shot at getting elected while also seeing the likelihood that the House will lose a lot of seats to Republicans," Gabbard told ABC in New Hampshire Saturday.

Gabbard, who has announced she will not seek re-election to her House seat, said she was concerned Trump’s all-but-inevitable acquittal in the Republican Senate could ensure “lasting damage” in the event that Trump is re-elected and the GOP regains control of the House.

With Hawaii among the most heavily Democrat states, she might well have a hard time returning to the House anyway. And even if she were to return as a representative, she would no doubt face hostility from Nancy Pelosi and her Democrat colleagues, and likely would be punished. Nancy Pelosi, who prays all the time for Trump, also warns, “Don’t mess with me.”

Surprisingly she is well liked in Hawaii. The population there is sick of the far left and corruption as much as most Democrats are. Many though are still in the dark.

Tulsi came to my Church Dec 23rd. Called a couple hours before to let us know.

She is absolutely wonderful to talk with. Wow. Seriously.

She worshiped God like any of us. I served her Communion.

A breath of fresh air for the Dems.

There is no evidence that NBC has ever required citizen parents.

My grandfathers 1917 draft cards had three options for citizenship:

Natural born
Naturalized
Alien

When they were born in 1893 and 1895, their parents were subjects of the Emperor of Germany or of Her Britannic Majesty Victoria.

None of my grandparents were ever naturalized. US citizen status was never questioned. Citizenship was required to be a teacher, which my grandmother was for 55 years and to vote, which all of my grandparents did.

If they were not aliens and were not naturalized, what were they?

I didn’t take a picture with her, but I have a picture with the wooden Cross behind her.

Her Husband, Abraham is equally a fantastic person.

They stayed & talked with anyone that wanted to chat.

Trust me, we are Conservative & strong Trump supporters in my Church of about 90 people. There was no politics that I heard & it of course wasn’t about that.

Tulsi just may be the one to walk them back from insanity, if that’s possible with them.

What are her views on abortion? If she is pro murder, I would have reservations on serving communion to her, unless she showed genuine repentance for those views. I, too serve communion, and do not take it lightly.
