My suggestion: Deliver the State of the Union Speech - in writing, with the closing “I’ll deliver it in person once this impeachment debacle is over”

Trump fired Bannon because he was leaking fake stories to the press, so he could build himself up at the President's expense.
The President will treat Bannon's advice in the same way as Pelosi's. He will ignore it.
