IF I were Donald Trump at this point in time-—I would give the speech when I wanted to do so & I would think VERY strongly about having it done in the Oval Office with TV cameras ONLY.

I want a split screen when watching this. Confident POTUS on one side of the screen, and the RAT contingency on the other. On Judge Jeanine last night, Rudy gave a scenario where SCOTUS could basically negate the Trump impeachment — wipe it away, disappear it, etc., IIRC. That would be great. With feckless, compromised, blackmailed Roberts at the helm, though, I doubt if that would happen.

Article 2 Section 3..."He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient;"But there's no reason it has to be at the Capitol building. He could hire an enormous venue, fill it with tens of thousands of Americans, and invite all of Congress to be there there. Or he could have that event, broadcast it and tell Congress "If you don't want to come, tune in here at this time while I present my message to you."
