M-79 rounds are some of the worst. They are small, so the fuses don't have much room for safeties.
Lots of duds with M-79s, and lots of them go off with a little jostling.
They are also meant to produce lots of casualties, so they are deadly for their size.

We were there late 70s. Husband was a pearl sub base. We try to go back when we can. Our middle son was born at tripler. It’s changed so much. Hale Koa hotel had armed mp when we went in February. Crime is bad.
