Yes, bird flu, HIN1, SARS … all went nowhere.
I do think Kennedy does have a point. The Secretary should have been properly briefed to answer those questions that I would want answered or have the head of the CDC answer the question on his behalf. But, maybe I am just missing it.

It’s not common cold but it’s also one of those deep state “don’t let a good crisis go to waste” sorts of things. And I’m sure pharmaceutical companies want to profit off vaccines and such.

Having not seen the exchange, you don’t need a mask for every person in the US. You need multiple masks for every healthcare worker, for every shift, and probably multiple masks per shift. because you can’t reuse the masks. Unless they have sterilizable masks, and I don’t think they do.

I think you’ll find he’s actually right, 2%, mostly due to only about 1 in 20 getting actually tested. And you’re right, in that it’s twenty times as deadly to the general population then (common) flu. Victoria is the strongest strain this year and it has hit some communities particularly hard. The flu vaccine was only 10% efective, and the pneumonia vaccine was 17% effective.
Just 14 confirmed cases in the US out of a population of 330 million and the far left crazies are getting hysterical.

The best defense is a good offense. Trump should go on the attack and lay any future coronavirus deaths on the dems. They are the ones for open borders and have opposed the President when he simply wanted to curtail immigration from certain countries until we were able to screen the people adequately.
