I understand the reason but it creates new problems such as crowds in a parking lot. An alternative would be for WMart to require people wear face coverings. All joking aside selling tickets(in advance) with an admission time and limited shopping duration might not be a bad idea.
From what I’ve seen, unless one is “desperate” for something, they check the line and either head for another place or come back...we have a couple other choices that aren’t (at least yesterday) doing the same thing...prices are a tad higher, but the convenience can make it worth it.
I don’t mind paying a bit more for good customer service and not having to travel from pillar to post for an item.
