One little point: No one in L.A. County can go on a date or meet someone for romance. Since weeks ago. Except meeting under the moonlight and hoping to not be turned in by a creep with binoculars and a video smartphone about to go viral with a gotcha.
Big point: What if someone tries to exercise their God given rights preserved in the U S Constitution? Get bludgeoned by police truncheons and tear gassed? Like maybe a Christian group praying to God?
All I can say is that the people in LA county better cowboy up and defy that “order”. Tell the county “officials” where to go and take to the streets.
