You have to wonder if its even true, the way she wants to remain hidden and away from anyone probing her story.
For all we know she might be a rabid anti Trump Rat.
It’s not a cure, or vaccine. It is a treatment. If you are already taking it when you get the virus, your body is already partially prepared for the symptoms.
Was she tested?
The same media that denigrates success stories of HCQ as “anecdotal “ is more than willing to push an anecdotal negative story.

She did not take Zinc vitamin ?
She only took one element of the necessary regime for prophylaxis.
I don’t recall anybody saying that the drug would be a 100% guarantee. Even Didiet’s second study, involving nearly 1100 patients, saw a 91.7% success rate, not 100%.
To be effective against the virus, HCQ has to be combined with z-pak and zinc sulfate. Also, no drug is 100% effective against whatever it is being used to treat.
I suppose it doesn’t occur to her that she survived having Lupus and Covid at the same time because of the Hydroxychloroquine. Also, you’re supposed to combine it with zinc. This is a non-story.
I can answer her question very quickly. According to studies, nearly 15% of all Americans and 40% of elderly adults are zinc deficient.
If she wasn’t taking a zinc supplement then she probably didn’t have enough bioavailable zinc for hydroxychloroquine to transport through cell membranes into the cytosol to prevent the RNA dependent RNA polymerase from passing on the viruses genetic sequence and replicating itself.
