China will eventually extract concessions from corrupt African officials to avoid complete collapse of their economies and sovereign bonds. China doesn’t care about the money, they care about foreclosing on countries with strategic resources and taking control of the exports to the developed world. Its all about building dependency of the weak to eventually attack the strong.

Global reparations for the China Virus Pandemic!
Debtor Nations cancel all their debt to communist China.
Lender Nations seize ChiCom assets (like their US Treasury holdings), to pay whatever bill we determine is warranted.
If we get enough countries on board for this, it could work.
