For the record my BB gun was lost in a boating accident.

“he was in violation because he could not bring weapons to class and therefore he could not bring weapons to a virtual meet.”

If the kid’s dog wandered thru the bedroom, would cops go to the house and shoot the dog?

Years ago, school boys used to bring their hunting rifles to school and leave them in their lockers.

After school, they would go hunting for squirrels, rabbits and other small game, which they would bring home.

None of the kids ever shot any of their classmates.

I have relatives in Lynbrook, N.Y. in Nassau County, on Long Island.

I read somewhere that years ago, there was a shooting range in the basement of the elementary school in Lynbrook.

I very much doubt that it’s still there.

Contact info for the idiot principal at this school. My guess is the Baltimore County school system will promote him.

"So what was the final outcome of this? "

More importantly, why aren't the boy's parents charged with criminal child abuse for forcing him to attend a communist indoctrination center...

No, but you have to recognize the consequences. In this case the consequences are horrendous for the family involved. So, yeah, unless you've got a hundred militia buddies you can call on in an instant, you give in because you don't have any choice.

We've allowed this kind of bullying by authorities to grow incrementally year by year. I don't know what the solution is, as appealing to elections doesn't seem to make any difference when mush-filled skulls are filled with propaganda and have no understanding of their rights.

If I were to guess, it's not going to end peacefully.

Mom consented to the searh. I am of the opinion that was a bad decision on her part.

“but then the cop would have called Child Protective Services, forced entry, arrested the mother for endangering the child...

and the constitutional sheriff would tell the gestapo cop to leave immediately, or else.

If the police have time to give legitimacy to this they are over funded. It does not matter if the kid had a shotgun, a rifle or a pistol in his room. It is HIS room and HIS house.

Gads, this is so out of control.

This is why I seldom allow anyone on my property or in my house, ever. You never know what some stupid public servant bastard is going to do.

I hope she sues the crap out of everyone involved. I hope she wins a BUTT LOAD of money beyond her wildest dreams and that even her lawyer gets stinking rich and both of them OWN the damn school.

Talk about someone who needs to get on the pavement on their face and beg forgiveness, start with the teacher and the stupid principal then the cops.

What happened to common sense? There not only is little, there is none.

The county appraiser came out for the once every four years snoop of my just deceased mother.

She offered her opinion on how it isn’t right for single people to be “living in these big homes all alone and then leaving them empty. There are lots of people who would like to live here.” I bit my tongue off because they push the pencil. The busy bodies, most are women, drive up and start looking around, one headed for the barn door and I told her there is a vicious dog in there and she did not need to go in.

I don’t want these people knowing what is in my barn for the simple reason that too many of them are not exactly from families or associations that are the epitome of virtue. Some case the place looking for something someone can steal.

They don’t need in the house or in the barn. Most counties do the tax survey from aerials leaving it to the homeowner to protest through a somewhat efficient channel.

The police officer was, he was very nice. He explained to me that he was coming to address an issue with my son's school,” Lancaster said.
“And then explained to me that he was here to search for weapons, in my home. And I consented to let him in.

And that is why my door mat reads "Come back with a Warrant."

It is not a joke.

A government official of any kind should not be allowed in your house unless they have presented you with a warrant saying what they are looking for and why. Turn on all your in home security cameras. Read the warrant and then you should call a lawyer.

Only AFTER your lawyer has arrived should you allow them into your home, you should state that you are allowing this search under protest.

deceased mother’s home.

Apologies. This so outrages me I get ahead of myself.

We have these racists tearing down all the icons and and remembrances of our history and demanding outrageous things and they go after a kid with a BB gun in his room?

She consented, so there is no invasion of privacy. It is extremely important for us and our fellow citizens to be vigilant about exercising our rights. That includes saying no to search requests. Going out in public without a mask. Going to a political rally or church without social distancing.

I have no sympathy for her except that she is a vet and may have been a little too conditioned to following orders.
