Not a gated community. A private street clearly posted “No Trespassing - Private Property” in multiple locations.

Good. As an attorney, he’s an embarrassment to the profession.

Soro’s support of Gardner explains it all. Nonviolent? The trespassers forced open a locked gate, how is that nonviolent. Gardner is a kook,,,,,

[[[Defend themselves from what?}}}

An angry mob that just broke through a gate on a private thoroughfare.

{{{Did anyone threaten them}}

Yes, the angry mob that threatened to kill them and their dog.

{{or trespass]]

The homeowners prevented them from doing that to their property and they were on a private thoroughfare.

[[[ or point guns at them?]]]

Not that i know of however the homeowners called the police and private security patrol and no one showed up. So they were on their own.

1. Trespassing on private property you have broken gates to get into is NOT “nonviolence”. 2. Shouting violent threats at home owners, whose property you have broken into is not “nonviolence”. 3. St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner should be fired for investigating the wrong people.

“Defend themselves from what? Did anyone threaten them or trespass or point guns at them?”

They broke down the gate and made threats. You are supporting the mob? Am I missing something?

Run your own search.
That’s what I did:
https://www.fec.gov/data/receipts/individual-contributions/

McCloskey, zip code 63108

They’re GOP.

They were trespassing on private property and threatened the couple. To say they were “peaceful” is a bold faced lie.

Soros is playing the long game. The Chinese do the same. Most conservatives play the short game. The long game players usually win.

If Trump should lose in November, just oh my. It’s Katy bar the door and Grandpa get the musket off the wall.

Gardner should be fired. She obviously is a racist who doesn’t know the law and panders to thugs.

I don’t know how this is going to go.

If he had shot the man who said, “you’re next”, he’d be OK.

What they did, brandishing, is illegal in a lot of places (don’t know about MO), and you can bet, if it is where they live, they’re both going to prison.

He SHOULD be investigating their actions in preparation for their citation on the community’s Citizen-of-the-Year Award

She’s the one who had a hand in taking down GOP Gov Greitens.
Bought and paid for.

Later it was shown that the charges against Greitens were bogus. She is currently being investigated for malfeasance in office. She claims she’s a victim of racism. I have no doubt that the couple will be charged with something. On the other hand, both of them are lawyers, and judging by their home, pretty successful ones at that.

The good news is they have the resources to get good lawyers. The bad news is they will be charged with civil rights violations, and it won’t matter.

“private street clearly posted “No Trespassing - Private Property” in multiple locations.“

In many places brandishing a weapon is use of deadly force. You cannot use deadly force for trespass in most places.

Missouri Law: Missouri’s law is more extensive than those of other states because it allows you to use deadly force to attack an intruder to protect any private property that you own, in addition to yourself or another individual. This means that if someone illegally enters your front porch or backyard, you can use deadly force against them without retreating first.

Yep, our posture here is has changed significantly over the last couple months

My violence hating Jesus freak (I don’t mean that derogatorily) is not only on board but has been buying gear that goes way beyond prepping without even asking me or being pushed to do so and started toting larger artillery around with her
