No such thing as brandishing in Pennsylvania, don’t know about Missouri.

But there are plenty of other laws our creative Police/DA could use.

tucker Carlson blistered the Republican Governor of Missouri for his inaction on this, nothing from him, not a call, not a word, no state troopers to the rescue, NOTHING!

So in MO you can shoot a thief who does not threaten grievous bodily harm or death?

The bad news is they will be charged with civil rights violations,

I don’t know that there is a civil right to trespass on private property. The problem the couple have is the prosecutor is openly on the protesters’ side. She will find something to indict them with. Now, finding a jury to convict might be hard. St. Louis is roughly 50:50 black/white.

Dems. Notice, although their party is the one that wants to disarm citizens, they grabbed their own guns to protect their property.

What a shock to them that dems in position of power would turn on them. Their probably thinking, WTF? all the money we've donated!

What they did, brandishing, is illegal in a lot of places (don’t know about MO), and you can bet, if it is where they live, they’re both going to prison.

So in those states with brandishing laws I presume the police never point their firearms at someone without shooting them. Really?

... and they will still vote for Biden instead of the Bad Orange Man, if just to atone for the mortal leftist sin of owning an “fully automatic weapon of war” with “exploding bullets” and “high capacity clips” ...

Used to be that if you were on someons property and they ordered you off and you advanced or refused to leave you were entirely in the wrong. This is to say nothing of a mob doing it.

They ‘terrified’ the ‘peaceful’ protestors

The reality is that had they not had firearms they would have been beaten and dragged into the street and left for dead while their home was ransacked.

I have a feeling those two will be more than able to defend themselves legally.

She’s also the witch behind levying bogus charges against our Governor. He ultimately resigned. It was all a set up.

If the dems go after the couple, then the DOJ should arrest and charge them under USC 18 - 242. Time to stop the dems abuse of the legal system.

According to the NRA-ILA summary for Missouri:

"State law allows a person with a valid concealed carry permit or endorsement, lawfully carrying a firearm in a concealed manner, to briefly and openly display the firearm to the ordinary sight of another person, but the permittee is prohibited from intentionally displaying the gun in an angry or threatening manner that is not in necessary self-defense. Mo. Rev. Stat. § 571.037."

It seems like the question is whether or not their display of firearms was "in necessary self defense". Based on what has happened around the country in the last few weeks it seems like a tough case for the prosecutors to make.

Can blow them away if you ‘feel’ threatened or they are threatening your place of residence.

“5. Subdivisions (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9), and (10) of subsection 1 of this section shall not apply to persons who are engaged in a lawful act of defense pursuant to section 563.031, RSMo.”

By law, you can brandish a weapon in a lawful act of defense. And given the circumstances, they WERE defending themselves. And brandishing is NOT “use of deadly force”.

How close are we to outright civil war?

Hard to say. November, maybe. 🤗🧨
