I did not wear a mask due to my asthma. At the start I did wear a mask until I had an asthma attack. i carry my prescription with me so to show proof. If I am ever refused I plan to sue for discrimination since I am protected under the ADA
They address the issue of communication with hearing-disabled people:

If you read the actual order you’ll see that it’s a strongly worded suggestion with no civil or criminal penalties. They know they’d lose in court.

Yup. A nanometer size virus can't possible leak out of this mask. No more than the virus can possible drift around the corner of those plastic shields they put up in the supermarket checkout.
