Wait until DeBlasio starts laying off people on account of the NYC fiscal crisis.
Then someone will calculate how much it costs to guard and maintain the Black Lives Matter paintings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, etc. and how much it cost to set them up (in terms of materials, labor - including the Mayor’s salary -, etc.)
27 policemen to guard the one in Manhattan - I wonder how much that costs in terms of labor hours.

Make it a really flashy car with lights, speakers, music blaring, simply the ultimate "hey MOM look at ME!" attention machine, while the secret paint car is painting! They wont know what hit them! Steal DeBlaios licease plate and put it on the paint car. That way when they review the video tape afterwards trying to figure out how we did it they get another big surprise.
