So if they have been defunded $1 billion, way are they wasting resources guarding this crap? I would say due to budget cuts, we no longer will guard murals or political @ssholes that defund police departments.

What is really needed is a crowd of 500 with balloons filled with blue paint...
An old car with a hole in the floor, a few gallons of paint dumped out in a drive over...PAINT AWAY!!!
A few friends tailgating and it would be difficult to see, until too late.
