O R D E R
Upon consideration of the petition for rehearing en banc, the responses thereto, and the vote in favor of rehearing en banc by a majority of the judges eligible to participate, it is ORDERED that this case be reheard by the court sitting en banc.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that the court’s order filed June 24, 2020, be vacated.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that oral argument before the en banc court be heard at 9:30a.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2020.
The parties should be prepared to address whether there are “no other adequate means to attain the relief” desired. Cheney v. U.S. Dist. Court for D.C., 542 U.S. 367, 380 (2004).
A separate order will issue regarding the allocation of oral argument time.
The only good thing is that it will happen within 2 weeks.
Conveniently I think Sydney Powell’s Twitter account is still blocked over an unrelated tweet about coronavirus.

Sullivan had polled the judges and knew it would be granted before he filed the request. They will hear it in two weeks, but will take three months to render their decision.
How about: “OFFS!” You gotta be kiddin’. Sounds like a waste of someone’s tax money to me.

Flynn will be muzzled until after Election Day. It still wouldn’t surprise me to see Flynn sentenced to prison.

Sullivan isn’t a party to the case. He has no standing.
I think that General Flynn has indicated that he is free to speak.
Good Lord! I fear the fix is in. Please, Lord, please open the eyes of this court’s members, and do not let them fall for the arguments by Judge Sullivan. Please let them see that Flynn was railroaded and set up.
The earliest this “court” will rule will be the 2nd week of November if they agree with the General. If they agree with the demonicrat sullivan, they will announce that ruling very promptly.

I suspect they want to push POTUS into issuing a pardon.
I wouldn't get too wound up about that. If it's going to be heard en banc, then by definition the original panel's order is vacated as moot.

Honestly, I don’t understand why anybody on the right thinks that we’re ever going to come close to winning this through a fixed legal system. There’s not a chance in hell.
