Rice is the unity candidate. All of the others are either loyal to Clinton, or loyal to Obama.

I’m sure it would be more accurate to say Biden’s VP pick has been chosen for him. He’s about as sentient as a matchstick.
I was betting also on her but she’s just not stable enough nor can she be led around by her nose.....they need the old crew back inside to further cover their tracks if they win....and to give BO a third term to carry on what they began.

There's none for picking Heels Up Harris either.
Typically Presidential Candidates pick a VP running mate from a state they might not otherwise win in an election. Heels Up Harris doesn't deliver anything to the Biden Campaign. If anything, he alienates a large chunk of the black vote due to her overzealous prosecution of pot cases in Commiefornia.
If he picks Susan Rice, the only thing she brings to the table is ... well, I cannot think of anything other than someone who knows the ins and outs of Obamagate (Lord knows Biden doesn't remember sh*t) and will direct the future cover-up.

Biden must be able to pass three tests before they will allow him to announce his VP pick:
• He must be able to remember/say her name
• He must be able to recognize her face in a crowd
• He must be able to keep his hands to himself when standing next to her
