The reliably half-bright AOC charges President Trump with “violation of RBG’s wish.” Apparently she’s oblivious to RBG’s other wish, against packing the court. When it comes to intellectualizing, AOC isn’t fast, she isn’t slow; she’s always half fast.

Frankly it really doesn’t matter what she once said then nor at the onset of her dying days.....she’s dead and gone and we are way better for it.

She was right. Eight justices on the court isn’t good.
I am not sure what President Trump should do, but he certainly has a dilemma in front of him. Our prayers must be with him.

RBG was not a super person; she does not get to state the conditions of her succession by fiat.

Honestly get rid of SCOTUS, It politicalized, and does nothing to protect the Constitution. Theres only 4 that really follow the rule of law. This branch has caused more pain grief and death than an other govt. body. Getting tired of the Popelike pompous tyrants in black robes making us bow down to them. Restructure the judicuary where they rule on crimes and put in the caveats that if they don’t follow thier oath, they are fred. No more perm jobs

Add that to Reid and his 60-vote issue, which also is not working well for the RATs this year.
Do RATs think people forget the things they say and do?

On March 16, 2016, President Barack Obama nominated Merrick Garland for Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States to succeed Antonin Scalia, who had died one month earlier.
The president is elected for four years not three years, so the power he has in year three continues into year four, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg,
Tell the hypocrites to shut up. I couldn't careless about the hearsay of her dying wish. It flies in the face of RBG's living statement in 2016 RE: Merrick Garland's appoint
