Joe’s campaign has already said he’s not canceling.
Interesting. Anyone want to try to reconcile this with all of the Freepers saying that Biden won (or similar panicking). The Dems can’t stand all of the winning?
Very revealing. Have any on our side wanted to cancel? Haven’t seen any.
Trump 2020 campaign manager Bill Stepien, said “President Trump just turned in the greatest debate performance in presidential history, displaying a command of the facts and control of the conversation.”
Thats the fact, thats reality.
TRUMP: Sure
WALLACE: And to say that they need to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities as we saw in Kenosha, and as weve seen in Portland
Wallace should be fired ASAP for incorrectly blaming the riots on the far right...not BLM or antifa, the Soros thugs who were being supplied with bricks, bats, signs etc...Wallace has been knowingly giving false reports - that surely is a crime. Wallace needs to go.
Something I learned on the kindergarden playground - Winners don’t shy away from a fight. Losers run for cover.
I also learned that if you give as good as you get, maybe even draw a little blood, bullies and loosers will leave you alone.
Bring on the debate!
WALLACE: Are you willing tonight to condemn white supremacists and militia groups
TRUMP: Sure
WALLACE: And to say that they need to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities as we saw in Kenosha, and as weve seen in Portland
TRUMP: Sure, Im prepared to do it, but I would say almost everything I see is from the left-wing not from the right-wing. Im willing to do anything, I want to see peace
WALLACE: Then do it, sir.
BIDEN: Do it, say it... (nah-nah-nah....)
TRUMP: What do you want to call them? Give me a name.
An impartial moderator is what was missing...Chris Wallace can never be anything but a liberal...his word and his actions will always have and will be to the left. Fire Chris Wallace, who would ever believe him after that debacle.

Like WWF
DJT been there. Done that.
To me, Trump won the debate because he treated it as a serious event, whereas Biden gave me the impression he regarded it as a sort of clown show, making up stuff all along the way, calling Trump a “clown” and telling him to shut up, grimacing and making funny faces.
Biden was not only disrespectful to the US President, but to the listeners - giving me the impression he felt the audience was made up of a bunch ignorant rubes who would swallow anything he fancied, and who would give him Brownie points for his facial grimaces. Trump was serious about presenting the truth from his perspective.
When I give up a chunk of my evening to watch a debate, I expect both participants to take it as a serious event. Trump did that. Biden, I felt, was completely cynical about the whole business.
Here, in a nutshell, is all we need to know:
The immediate takeaways were that:
** Trump was taking on two politicians
** Chris Wallace interrupted President Trump 76 times to just 15 times for Joe Biden
** Joe Biden couldnt answer a question
** Joe Bidens name-calling was disgusting and inappropriate
** Joe Biden made 33 false or misleading statements
** Democrats have to lie to the public about their policies and plans because they are so unpopular and destructive
what might be most important is the number of most harmful looking video quotes each candidate can walk away with.
many people do not have the inclination to sit through and digest 90 minute political debates. only the hardcore do that.
however, most people watch tv and they therefore view political ads. what each side may have been looking for are therefore damaging quotes that can be put into negative campaign ads.
on this trump may have done quite well, considering that “damaging” to biden includes quotes that fracture his base which now consists of moderates and the far left.
Someone said a bully verses an idiot. What do you want in a President?
What hasnt been examined is Bidens conduct during his term as VP and his reaction when Obama used the Bully Pulpit to create racial division during the Zimmerman trial.
When as a result of Obamas inflammatory racist comments suggesting a racist murder. Where Obamas remarks were interpreted by black gangs suggesting retribution for a racial incident went on attacking non blacks innocently entering hoods and attacking and sometimes killing them like the Australian from Melbourne; Christopher Lane, here on a college scholarship in Duncan Oklahoma who was murdered while exercising on one of Duncans streets.
