I’m thinking it is a hoax. The warehouse is being built in Windsor, a mixed race town. It is being built, if I recall, on Day Hill Road which is near the town of Bloomfield, a majority black suburban town. I think the nooses are from the unions, since Amazon is not building with unions.
New noose: Cotton Balls. They are racist too.
This whole thing about nooses must be something taught in community organizer school, right after “How to induce White Guilt” and “How to shakedown large companies for cash”.

The latest, prior to this, was just a rope in the construction yard. And since rope is NEVER used in or around a construction site, then it must have been a white supremacist’s noose.
Does the most recent example even look like a noose or just a random piece of rope?
The burning of the cross has nothing to do with Christianity. It was used by the Scottish Highland Clans to signal to their scattered members of the clan and call them to war. A burning cross on the top of a mountain could be seen for a long way, much like the method used in Lord of the Rings.
The Ku Klux Klan stole this communication device and used it to intimidate blacks.
We did it when I was like 10 or 12. You made a noose so you could be ready to hang bad guys, like in Westerns. Typically, perhaps invariably, white bad guys.
