Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm on Tuesday suggested it is possible climate change led to the partial condominium collapse in Miami, FL.
When asked on CNN’s “New Day” if climate change’s impact on “extraordinary tides” played a role in the condo collapse, Granholm said “we don’t know fully” if it did or not. She added that beaches all around are seeing the “phenomenon” of rising waters.

Causes and pace aside, logic would tell you that there must be some benefits to a warming planet, but you never see those stories written, huh? “Global Warming Saved Thousands from Freezing this February” Ever see that headline? Me neither.
Florida has been unusually warm and humid. It just did not occur to the engineers to design for those kind of conditions not even with safety margins
I also am lead to believe that not everyone in Champlain Towers was wearing a mask to prevent Covid. Not everyone was fully vaccinated.
