The DA is despirate, he has no case, and has viociously attacked witnesses for the defense. They will tear into this kid like nobody’s business.

Fox News had Leo Terrell on, and he was VERY passionate in defending Rittenhouse, and was adamantly pointing out the Rittenhouse went to the riot to HELP people, not hurt them.

Did you watch any of it?

I had thought the kid was righteous but a total jackass until today. Putting him on the stand was a risk.

However, ater seeing his testimony I wouldn’t be surprised if the judge and jury just lets him walk out the back door.

One of the most compelling and convincing live witnessed I’ve seen.

.... it may work out but it is a big risk.

I really hope it does work out, but Risk is the right word. Really big Risk.

Yes it’s risky but I think his lawyers felt that the judge did not dismiss the case immediately after the bombshell droppings and living in an insane atmosphere right now they felt putting the kid on the stand would boost his case further. There’s got to be a logical thing behind this, remember they are the ones that are feeling the mood of the jury in that room right now. And now that their lives have been threatened they were probably under pressure to put him on the stand to defend himself.

My guess:
The lawyer and Kyle are confident & Kyle could be helped by making his case not just to judge and jury but to the nation.

The wokesters are talking about riots if Kyle is acquitted. If he does well on the stand he might make the thugs look bad.

He is doing a great job describing what happened and why he did why he did, second by second.

Hey, if the gloves don't fit, you must acquit.

Prosecutor is getting ready to cross — I can’t watch or I’ll lose my $**t. I’ve already almost jumped through my monitor at these buffoons.

Time for Bongino anyway...

In most state you can ask questions.

Simply write them down and pass them to the bailiff and he gives them to the judge who asks them.

Are his attorneys good? The trial is going well for him, why risk it? Why risk the jury seeing something they don’t like?

WOWZA the judge is MIFFED. It would be great if he would just dismiss the case and not declare a mistrial.

The prosecutor has STEPPED IN IT!

I had to turn on the TV and rewind it. I heard the testimony about him being given the bulletproof vest by the police department.

Maybe, just maybe, they are setting up for lawsuits against media that slandered and libeled him with falsehoods that could have been easily verified. He was there rendering aid, helping the community, he was in contact with the police, and in the end he was in fear for his life.
