MSNBC national affairs analyst John Heilemann said Wednesday on “Deadline” that President Donald Trump’s “traitorous activity” has been revealed with his promises of pardons and reporting from documents obtained by the House select committee investigating the January 6, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol.

“Treason” is the only crime defined by the Constitution. It consists of making war against the United States and/or giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the U.S. So, John Heilemann what act of war against the U.S. did President Trump commit? Which enemies did he render aid and comfort to?
The Founders were careful to define treason as they did to prevent pricks like you from making up crap like this and acting on it. They knew their British history.
