Trump is the Master at trolling the media. He’s laughing his ass off at them.
Putin saw repeated weakness in both ObamaIdiot and BidenIdiot.
Further, deep down in the back of Putin’s mind, he is probably whispering to himself, ‘come mess in my back yard again and mess with an election (2014) that would have likely put a pro-Russian Ukrainian government in place rather than the current Ukrainian government. Bet.
I despise Putin. He is a brilliant geopolitical tactician who is willing to ruthlessly pursue his own interests regardless of human cost. Just because I despise the man doesn’t mean I don’t recognize his intelligence. Obviously, smart people can also be evil.
Putin supports rebels in Ukraine to create unrest and “breakaway” republics.
Years later Putin recognizes those republics as independent.
Putin sends military to stop Ukrainian aggression against the independent republics.
I would call that “Very Smart”
Too bad the US could not do that in Cuba, Hungary and Czechoslovakia when it had the chance.

If we know everything Trump says will be turned sideways and pushed through he looking glass, dishonestly, and fed to the rubes, then why do we give them such an easy layup?
I respect Trump for many reasons, not least as a plain speaker. But this is like trolling the media. Is that the strategy? Cause them to leap on this comment and blow it all up?

It is smart to take advantage of the situation, and of the weakened US that Biden and his handlers have brought about. Biden won't stop Putin from invading Ukraine, even taking over the entire country. He (Biden) will make sure that there are safe spaces for LGBQT Ukrainians and he'll make sure portable vaccination clinics are set up to ensure everyone gets boosted. I wish I could say that is satire but I don't think it is. I guarantee you somewhere in the Biden admin there are emails floating around between concerned staffers addressing exactly these topics. Guaranteed. They may not make them public or take action, but these are their focus, not those "toxic masculinity" types in their uniforms...

Democrats are stupid. They totally missed the point with Putin. Trump tried to engage Putin, and as we can see now ,that was a very savvy approach by Trump - something totally lost on democrats and something Biden, our so called foreign policy president, should have been doing. No, but it was all about the Russia hoax for democrats. The democrats did a lot of damage to foreign relations with Russia.
No he should plan an important statement mpore carefully so he can win the support of more people.

Putin is smart..NO ONE has accused Putin of being an idiot..he waited til the right time and went for it..he would NEVER have tried this under Trump, would he have wanted to, absolutely but he didnt because he knew what would happen..Trump handles Putin in a different way, instead of calling him a monster, or evil, he calls him smart, a genius..which Putin is..notice when Trump was President, Putin did NOT try this crap, because Trump treated Putin like a man..with Biden, Putin knew that he was dealing with a demented idiot that he could walk all over

Trump says something perfectly reasonable and correct. Then the media completely misrepresents it. And fools blame Trump for not softening his statement to avoid being taken out of context. People are just that stupid.
