I don’t think Charles is going to retire quickly or even soon. He’s been hanging around and taking flak for decades waiting for EII to give it up. He’s gonna be there for the duration when he does get it, IMO.
As for who comes after him? I say a whole new royal line, if any.

I was talking about Andrew’s retirement, which the family is supposedly working on right now.

What is so strikingly arrogant to me is that he doesnt seem to care that he could hurt the Firm with his antics and scupper any chance of his daughters being let in..at this point they are going to need working royals to shoulder the load. Agreed, he is an entitled prat, and his mother has done him no favors enabling his boorish and unethical behavior over the years. His daughters and their husbands are sort of in with the Firm’s work at the moment, and they did well participating in some public events during the Jubilee. Eugenie seems to be going in a different direction (moving to Portugal), but it wouldn’t hurt Charles and William to have the support of Anne and Tim, Edward and Sophie, Zara and Mike and Beatrice and Edo.
Coincidentally, Eugenie is the daughter with the closest ties to Harry.

Andrew is in the vernacular, “black pussy whipped”. The American Black movement is behind the current effort. The Queen of England has disrespected Black America and that can not, and will not be tolerated.

MeGain and Halfwit actually get along with Andrew and Sarah, and except for one comment that MeGain supposedly made about Andrew following Andrew’s BBC interview, the traitorous two stay mum on the Yorks while trashing the rest of the family. This is yet another reason why Eugenie is not going to get what Andrew wants. She is not going to be outcast but she is not going to have what Edward and Sophie have or their children. It is interesting that the Rugby player’s family was put right behind Kate and William during that concert. I forsee them having more of a role if they want it.
Right now the Markle buddy is getting assignments because of the Queen. You can’t totally outcast her. She is family but can she really be trusted. Harry is a nightmare. He looked so angry at being relegated to Second Row Harry. And apparently hijacked a car so he didn’t have to ride the bus with the lowcast others and could make an entrance....lololol
