Camilla and Charles have a true love story...but it did create a lot of havoc with long lasting repercussions. The myth of princess Diana may be what helps save the monarchy through Prince William. The nastiness of Harry and Meghan may also solidify rather than destroy as the public generally sides with William
And then there are William’s kids that were highlight during the Jubilee.

1. Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha was German. Queen Victoria married him when they were both quite young. They had 9 children.
2. Queen Victoria's mother Princess Victoria of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld was German too and married Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, 4th in line for the throne. Theyvhad only one child, Princess Victims who became Queen Victoria. Prince Edward died earlier than expected.
So Queen Victoria was half German and her Children were 75% German, which doesn't bother me.
The Royal houses of Europe regularly intermarried and have been doing that for centuries. Nothing new there.

I think part of the issue today was the fear he would be booed. Queen supposedly said for his own good stay out of sight. Charles and William probably said get out...we don’t want you.

Charles will be the one to give the definitive boot to Andrew. He has already iced out Beatrice and Eugenie as working royals and having the British taxpayer pay for their security costs.
What arrogant, Airmiles Andy never seems to understand is that the British public doesn’t want him back in public life, and his former patronages probably don’t want him back either. Aside from his sleazy behavior with women, he is also known for shady deals with shady people, and getting his personal cut of the pie while working for the Firm. That is supposed to be forbidden.
Start by putting him on the British equivalent of the sex registry.
Do I deserve the title and stipend? No. But I waaannt it.
William is more British than German, and his heir George even more so. William’s mother Diana was English and his father is one quarter Scottish by virtue of his maternal grandmother. William would be 50% English, 12.5% Scottish and the rest German. George is 75% English (English mother), 6.25% Scottish and the rest German.

Charles can’t stand him. Its been reported all over the press that when Elizabeth II dies Charles is going to cast him into the outer darkness.
The family is supposedly working on a plan to offload him onto Scotland somehow. Andrew is almost at the traditional retirement age of 65, so it would behoove him to go quietly and let the Firm pension him off as the old saying goes.
