Just heard on NBC 4 DC 11:00 news that 22,000 ballots were put into ballot boxes on the Tuesday of the primaries. Bowser only leads by 10,000. Several other races are much closer.
I have not found another source for this, but I expect to hear more later.

Democrats in Philadelphia and Atlanta will do much better than that in the November election.
In primaries, the fraud sometimes gets investigated and guilty may be punished.

These are drop boxes, not at voting centers. Yes, maybe it’s not weird, especially if Bowser eventually wins, but if races are lost because of this, it will only make “2000 Mules” more believable. And I hope some of the losers question this last second vote dump. Ballot boxes have been open for weeks.

Well 2000 Mules is convincing because there is no other plausible explanation for the mule’s geodata bread crumbs than large scale organized criminal vote fraud. Particularly when the mules were caught on video starting to wear the blue surgical gloves the last faint hope of an innocent explanation died. Those not convinced are those who just don’t wanna be at this point.
Uhmm. It was Election Day. It makes sense voters voting on Election Day, but that’s just me.
Yes. I’m aware these were not at voting centers. It would actually be more odd if there were few ballots in drop boxes on Election Day. This is when people vote.
It’s about 20% of total votes dumped in ballot boxes in one day. People have had weeks to put their ballots in the boxes.
Maybe you’re right, and everyone waited until election day to vote. It could be the local habit, I suppose.

Your point is well taken. There is nothing at this point illegal about this. The point for me being that this seems to be very unusual. Why would 22,000 people go to the ballot box, when they can go to their precinct to vote? Why are ballot boxes being used in the first place? I don’t recall people voting with ballot boxes in the past. When did they start using these?
