Good point.
Next: If Barney Fife cold have one bullet in his shirt pocket then so can all Americans.
So,more than 90?
No State should have such high fuel taxes and so many murders in its largest ‘Rat infested Urban Utopia.
Hey Illinois=- You gonna keep reelecting a governor who wants to deny you your right to self defense?
They are terrified that we are going to be able to defend ourselves when they try to load us onto the boxcars.
Gee, I make more than that in an afternoon in the winter.
Look at the governor’s body girth!
I guess it all depends on what Gov. Pritzker means by āat the readyā. If he means that 90 bullets should not be loaded into any one gun, he might have a point. I donāt think thatās even possible anyway.
But if he means that no one should have 90 bullets, period, then of course heās wrong. The 2A does not limit the amount of ammunition a person can have. No more than the 1A limits how many words you can use while practicing free speech.
Side note to the FBI snoops: Iām speaking hypothetically here as all my bullets were lost in a boating accident years ago.
Pritzger is correct, 90 bullets is woefully unprepared. A well prepared citizen should know the number of rounds that can be fired over the life of a weapon. Barrels wear out. Knowing this number allows gun owners to keep in stock the amount of reloading supplies for each weapon owned. Brass can be reused from training. That reduces the amount of supplies, for instance between 3,000 to 5,000 5.56 cases per AR variant weapon owned, not the 20,000 that would render the barrel useless. Brass can be reused. (Only slight hyperbole being used)
Great response:

Thatās OK - Iāll keep 89 in my pack and leave the rest in the truck.
When soldiers, cops and Feds decide they can live with revolvers and bolt action riflesā¦ maybe I will too.
Need clarification, does that mean 90 rounds per magazine?
I agree with the governor there and that is why I have a lot more than 90.
90 is not even a good afternoon of target practice.
indeed.....but what use are all those bullets [sic] without the other three parts of a round - the case, the propellant, and the primer....? it just goes to show us that these zipperheads know nothing about firearms, ammunition, or anything related to these.....
NO Public Servant should be allowed to have anyone employed, or employed on their behalf for the purpose of “security or protection”, to be in possession of ANY firearm or ammunition.
Pritzker the Putz can pound sand.
5.56mm
Phhhttt, 90 is edc.
