Same as when they say “I support the Second Amendment BUT...”
This is precisely why the 1906 Dick Act and the subsequent NDAA is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
It makes everyone a subject rather than a citizen soldier in the militia, as our Founders intended. FAFO.
