1. The populace is FULLY DISARMED and does not have access to weapons.
2. The police are NOT defunded and ALL judges, prosecutors and others FULLY implement the law on violent criminals, which means locking them up for the long term.
3. And the government is not Fascist, nor shows any signs of Fascism (such as lockdowns, going to Davos, criminalizing working for Trump, etc.)
Of these, #1 would be like today’s Japan (although Abe’s killer still built a gun)...and for the US, this condition is literally impossible. #2 and #3 are not possible as long as the Democrats and Globalist-minded Republicans are able to win elections.
The clincher is #1, as there is no way to remove guns from bad guys, as far too many already have them. #2 and #3 are very unlikely, given our media.

I am reminded of the Fetterman Massacre in 1866 in which Fetterman and his command of troops attacked a band of Sioux and got clobbered.
All the troops had muzzle loading single shot military rifles except the civilians, who had the latest rapid fire 16 shot Henry Rifles.
All got killed, but the Civilians took such a toll of Sioux that their bodies were filled with arrows after the battle.
When found, they could trace their steps by the empty brass Henry rifle cartridges, reload, move position and stared shooting again.
In front of where they were found were a large number of dead horses and lots of big blood spots where an Indian had been hit and his body later carried off.
Obviously 200 rounds was not enough for them. Maybe 400 rounds would have been better.
When all hell breaks loose you will always need one more shot than you have!
