The Courts have already said that the power is NOT with the Federal Government. It is with the individual states.

Take your filibuster ditching and.........

What is there to stop the Dems during the lame duck session if they lose the House and the Senate?

Unfortunately, the filibuster is not constitutionally protected. As for the rule of law, it is whatever the Democrats say it is.

She thinks that will rally people?

Leaving aside Tge sickness of killing innocents for power Dems have done for 50 years,
I don’t see the passion for this cause. Young people don’t care about this

Post abortive women are depressed. Half if not most are post menopausal they’re not going to fight.

It’s over

“ Not that I want them to do this, but why wait?”

This is a campaign platform.

The GOP has been doing it for 50 years. Vote for us we’ll get rid of abortion

how does congress do anything? constitutional anyway

Exactly. Where in Article I is Congress given the power to rule on the legality of medical procedures? (I realize that it is quaint to think that Congress is limited in any way by the Constitution.)

If Harris and goons win the midterms it will be then end of our Constitutional systems. Chuck Todd won’t call them on the destruction either... From the other parts of ‘Meet The Corrupt Butt Kissers In the Press’ Harris ‘interview’:

Chuck Todd figured out the ‘cure’ to higher wages and inflation - is scabs ... 2 million scabs crossing the border.

His only complaint?

Scabs should be made legal so working class citizens never get ahead... their wages permanently suppressed by illegals willing to work for less - much less.

And VP Harris and her BS?

Chuck Todd didn’t call her out. Silent in the face of cruel word salad from a woman so stupid she doesn’t understand the implication of her own border policies.

Here’s my suggestion Chuck - let’s bring in 2 million ‘bureaucrats’ from India willing to work in DC for less than half current wages. Then pass legislation allowing all Government Departments to fire people based on being able to find cheaper replacements.

How’s that Chuck Todd? Can VP Harris get a pass on that one?

Then as icing on the cake - bring in 20,000 “news” journalists from India willing to work for one tenth what ‘journalists’ at NBC and MSNBC are being paid..It would bring down inflation - and that’s all that matters, right Chuck Todd?

It’ll bring down inflation in Washington - Washington with the wealthiest ZIP codes in the country. You’d give VP Harris a pass on that Todd, right? Gotta hit the working class to afford the big giveaways needed for elites’ climate change drama, right?

Eff you Chuck Todd and and the rest of the vile ‘elites’ at NCB. YOU deserve what you’re dishing out... History will not be kind to ‘liberals’ or their silly enablers.

USSC just said it is state issue

how does congress do anything? constitutional anyway

The USSC ruled that the prior court rulings went too far in assuming the Constitution covered abortion in the Bill of Rights. It didn't say the federal government wasn't able to make laws about abortion. The USSC makes a big deal about not telling Congress what it can and cannot do, it still treats it as a co-equal branch of government.

If Congress passes an "abortion legal for all, up until birth", it would be challenged in court, then maybe it gets to the supreme court, maybe the court denies standing (which it has done repeatedly as a cop out in the past), but until it is overruled, it would be the law of the land. Probably for several election seasons and used as a hot button issue that activists will totally blow out of proportion and use to inspire violence by the mentally deranged. They want that. The dems don't want abortion access, they need abortion access to be at the top of their critical issues list forever because it drives donations and inspires activists.

Sigh.....SCOTUS made a move to get the U.S. off of God’s shit list by overturning Roe. I was somewhat hopeful that maybe we would start seeing God kind of blessing us again. BUT, nooooo...apparently Dems don’t want God to bless us, so they are hell bent on getting us back on God’s list by doing everything in their power to make killing babies the *law of the land* once more.

What more inspiring words from our opponents do we need?
We MUST win the November midterms.

Concord Hymn
BY RALPH WALDO EMERSON (first stanza)

By the rude bridge that arched the flood,
Their flag to April’s breeze unfurled,
Here once the embattled farmers stood
And fired the shot heard round the world.

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////
https://www.battlefields.org/learn/articles/lexington-and-concord-shot-heard-round-world

“Facing an impending rebellion, British General Thomas Gage decided to seize weapons and gun powder being stored in Concord, Massachusetts, twenty miles northwest of Boston, to prevent violence. Patriot spies soon got wind of Gage’s plan. Paul Revere and other riders spread the word of the 800 British regulars who were dispatched to Concord.”

Departing Boston late in the evening of April 18, the King’s troops marched into the small town of Lexington around 5:00 am to find, facing them, a militia company of more 70 men led by Captain John Parker. When the vanguard of the British force rushed forward upon the town green, Captain Parker immediately ordered his company to disperse. At some point a shot rang out— historians still debate who fired the shot. The nervous British soldiers fired a volley, killing seven and mortally wounding one of the retreating militiamen. The British column moved on towards Concord, leaving the dead, wounded, and dying in their wake. Parker and his men would have revenge later that afternoon.

Arriving in Concord around 8:00 am, British commanders Francis Smith and John Pitcairn ordered several companies, about 220 troops in all, to secure the north bridge across the Concord River and then continue on another mile to the Barrett Farm, where a suspected cache of arms and powder was presumably located. By the time the British arrived at the North Bridge, a growing assembly of close to 400 militia from Concord and the surrounding towns had gathered on the high ground overlooking the north bridge. From their vantage point on the hill they could see smoke rising from Concord, the result of British burning some supplies that they uncovered. Thinking the town was being put to the torch, Lieutenant Joseph Hosmer of Concord shouted to his fellow officers, “Will you let them burn the town down?” The decision was then made to take action. Col. James Barrett ordered his companies to march upon the bridge but not to fire upon the British soldiers unless first fired upon. The Acton Company, commanded by thirty-year old Captain Isaac Davis, was placed at the head of the column. When asked if they were prepared to confront the British troops Davis said, “I haven’t a man afraid to go.”

The Minute Men formed up and marched down the hill. As they did so, the British soldiers, intimidated by the colonial numbers and orderly advance, retreated to the opposite shore and prepared to defend themselves. When Davis’s company came within range, British soldiers opened fire, killing Isaac Davis and also Abner Hosmer, another Acton Minute Man. Major Buttrick of Concord shouted, “For God’s sake, fire!” and the Minute Men replied with their own volley, killing three British soldiers and wounding nine others. This volley is the volley considered “the shot heard round the world.” The rest of the British troops retreated back to town.

By 8:00 pm, it was clear that the day had been a disaster for the British. They lost 73 killed and many more wounded compared to the patriot’s loss of 49 killed.

Concord poet Ralph Waldo Emerson dubbed them the “embattled farmers.” They were not American citizens, yet. That would have to wait until 1776 and the Declaration of Independence. On April 19, 1775 they were simply loyal British subjects who believed that they were standing up to defend and fight for their rights. In doing so they changed the world forever.

Think about it. What she said only makes sense if winning this November means they will never lose again.

The democrat party has proved over the last 7 years they are the greatest danger to liberty.

It isn’t only Trump they are after like he said he’s in the way it’s why they hound him.

They now have the congress senate and WH and look at all the damage they have caused in 19 months.

Guess how bad the next 2 years will get.

If the rats win even one more Senate seat we will never win another national or statewide election and in two years the house will be gone permanently as well. That is how close we are.

Curious why you say that.
