She really is stupid. The USSC by overturning RvW said that abortion is NOT a Constitutional Right, period. Left to the States, correctly.

If this retard wants national abortion then they’re gonna have to go for a Constitutional Amendment because what they come up with otherwise will go back to the USSC for a second reckoning.

She’s as stupid as people say.

If Repubs win big in 2024, Dems can’t complain if we do the same.

‘SCOTUS made a move to get the U.S. off of God’s shit list by overturning Roe.’

if God maintains a shit list based on abortion, should He not place Himself in the top position...? being omnipotent, and all, He should be able to dispose of this evil easily, why should he leave it up to His feckless creations to do so...?

Didn’t SCOTUS rule this is a states’ issue?

“Not that I want them to do this, but why wait?”

My thoughts. exactly. Simply because, even with slim Dem majorities in both houses, the Dems don’t have the votes. Manchin and West Virginia won’t go with it and there are a number of Dems congresscritters in red districts that will not go along with the abortion extremes the progressives want. Plus the SC has already declared it a matter for the states and likely Fed legislative action would be overturned. Harris is just trying to turn up her progressive base to get the vote out with this crap.

Not sure I quite agree with that. The SC didn't declare it a matter for the states, it declared that abortion is not a right defined in the Constitution. The Constitution says that things not in the document are left to the states, or to the people. Probably, federal legislation would be considered leaving it "to the people" since the people have a say in their representatives.

HR1.

Sinema will no longer holdout with Manchin. The filibuster will die.

2 new “states” DC and Puerto Rico meaning 4 new rat Senators.

An expanded and packed SC.

And those are just the first things I can think of. More horrors will follow.

Yeah that would be a mess.

But we will definitely take the House soon.

So we get at least a 2 year reprieve.

God will not interfere because of *free will*. Mankind chooses their own path.
